Bistro Blanc is proud to participate in this summer's Howard County Restaurant Weeks from July 29 - August 9. The theme of the promotion is supporting the local agricultural community and sustainable farming resources. As pointed out in our recent blog post, Bistro Blanc has taken a number of steps to use local suppliers and producers, including using local beef and wines.For Restaurant Weeks, in addition to our regular menu, we are offering a special prix fixe dinner featuring entrees of flank steak sous vide or "Jackson's Pollack." We can't say these specific items are local, but they are teamed with local produce and wines, and are sure to be especially tasty.
