June Wine Dinner: Wolf Blass

Make your plans to come to Bistro Blanc on Monday, June 22 for an evening featuring one of Australia's leading vintners, Wolf Blass Wines. As a special treat, Wolf Blass' Chief Winemaker Chris Hatcher will be on hand to present some of his own creations. Chris will discuss the history of the winery and Wolf Blass the man as he pours five specially selected wines through the evening.

Bistro Blanc's Chef Marc Dixon will offer his own creative four-course menu built around the Wolf Blass selections. The centerpiece of the evening will be a mouth-watering Kangaroo Tenderloin Sous Vide paired with a 2002 Wolf Blass Black Label Blend. You can view the full menu and wine selections here.
